Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Domestic (United States):
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Free on orders over $15
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
International:
- We ship to 25 countries via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Orders We ship internationally to select countries including the UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and more. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. GlowFix is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Packages GlowFix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
